SMALL GROUPS:

Pastor encourages everyone to connect with one of our nine groups that meet off campus during the week for Bible Study and prayer.  Feel free to contact any group leaders listed below for information about connecting with their group.

MEN’S FELLOWSHIP BREAKFAST - Tuesday at 7:30am at HP Grill (Near the Save-A-Lot) in Leesburg. This group discusses the sermon from the previous Sunday. Suggestion is to donate an extra $1 to help HP Grill feed the homeless.

ADDICTION & SUPPORT MINISTRY -  Each Tuesday, 6-7pm. This ministry will focus on EVERY kind of addition to help develop a pathway to recovery. The ministry will be facilitated by Bob Huesgen 352-978-5919. Bob is a product of personal recovery and will share his journey over addiction.

 

PSALMS, HYMNS & SPIRITUAL SONGS - Every Wednesday 8:30am.

MORNING ENCOURAGEMENT for CAREGIVERS - This support group for Dementia & Alzheimer's. Meets the 2nd & 4th Thursday at 10:00am.

Thursday, March 12th - A speaker from VITAS hospice will be our guest to tell us about their services: home visits, showers, providing supplies. such as shower chair, bed pads, etc. They offer respite care for when the caregiver cannot be there. Gathering Place: 10-11:30am

 

Saturday, March 21st -An informative talk on aspects of dementia and the needs of caregivers. Speakers: Jackie Hoefler/Barb Carpenter Where/when: Legacy Community Social Hall (Craft Room) at 11 am.

 

Thursday, March 26th- Support Group meeting will be in the small classroom by the back door of the church. 10-11:30 am

Friday, March 27th - Coping with Dementia's Deb Selsavage is holding an informational workshop at Lady Lake Library from 11-1pm. Good chance to ask questions, pick up literature, get on site information 225 W. Guava, Lady Lake, FL (near Hwy 27 & 466) (not 466A)

VETERAN’S RESOURCE LUNCH - Meets monthly on various Thursdays. This is an “Advanced Ticketed Group” ($10) with Lunch served AT 11:30AM. Price of the Ticket is refunded when you attend . . . Compliments of the Celebration Thrift Store. Get your ticket from The Gathering Place for our next Veteran’s Resource Lunch.

REVELATION & THE END TIMES - Thursdays 2-3pm. You will enjoy this bird’s eye journey as we walk chapter-by-chapter through the Book of Revelation. 

 

CONCERTS

We bring in Christian Music Groups for your enjoyment. In the past we have had concerts by: Grammy Award Winning Saxophonist Erinn Abu, Kenny Evans, The Kramers, The Mills Family, Sunday Drive Band, The Punches Family, Crenshaw Band, The Fergusons, Magician Elliott Smith, Mariachi Kids and more!

Keith & Barbara Sefton lead our mission endeavors. We are committed to giving 10% to the SBC Cooperative Program.

MEDIA MINISTRY:

A faithful team ensures that our media ministry is well-staffed and all the equipment is functioning and well cared for so that each service offers the best in sound, visual, and Live Streaming on YouTube of our Sunday Services.

 

CARE & ENCOURAGEMENT: 

The passion for caring for those in hospitals, rehabs, and nursing homes. A team of more than 25 others assists them in visiting and praying for our members and their families.

 

DEACON CARE MINISTRY: 

Every member of Celebration Church is cared for and prayed over by one of our Deacons. In this way, our Deacons assist our Pastor in loving, informing, and caring for our church family.

 

HOSPITALITY:

Celebration Church has a number of Hospitality Teams that serve our church family.

  • FELLOWSHIP MEALS - Incredible team of servants to assist in providing meals for our Church Family.
  • BLESSING BASKETS - Showing love and concern to our members with the delivery of “Blessing Baskets” with a spark of encouragement.
     

HOMEBOUND:

This ministry visits folks who are unable to leave home.

 

CHILD CARE:

A well-staffed childcare ministry provides security for parents as they worship while their children are safely cared for and loved.

SECURITY:

Today’s society necessitates that worshippers know they are safe while enjoying worship time.  Our facility is manned during services and doors are locked.

MEDICAL TEAM:

Medical Team for the immediate support of medical needs that occur during one of our services. The Leader is Barbara Carpenter.
